I’m Emma, an engineer, designer, photographer, and learner. I love bright colors, wilderness, funky design, hard work, good writing, close friendships, and messy feelings.
As a kid I traveled to over 30 countries around the world, my favorite being Japan. My travels to Borneo sparked my interest in conservation and led me to found my nonprofit, Jungleheroes to inspire other young people to make a difference for the environment through rainforest and orangutan conservation.
In my free time I like to collage, do embroidery, grow plants, plan backpacking trips, and go to the climbing gym. This blog is a place where I can share some of the beauty and excitement I find in my everyday life. Thanks for stopping by!
