Mini Sliders!


I made these adorable brioche buns this afternoon with a recipe from the King Arthur Flour Baker’s Companion.


For mini sliders! Yum! Each one is two bites. Super yummy with some lettuce and avocado.

  1. why are they called sliders? are they supposed to be eaten quickly, as though they were an oyster? or, are these to be used for running bases when the ball is flying in from left field?

    I think they should be called burgettes, or maybe boeufettes. maybe hors d’oeuvrea du boeuf. Maybe petit hamburgesa. wait… how about…. pucks !!! or mini-grinders !!!

    see… so many better names !!!!
